AI-native fundraising for founders
The next reader of your deck won't be a person.
Investor-side software already parses your company, extracts your claims, and writes the first-pass notes. Define the machine-readable version of your company before it does.
Perspective Room is one fundraising package for humans and agents, built from the same source of truth.

}One room · two surfaces · same source of truth
Investors are AI-native. Your artifacts are from 2010.
Decks, DocSend links, Drive folders, scattered email answers. That works when the only reader is a person opening files one by one. It works less well when investor-side software is parsing the company, extracting claims, routing the deal, and writing first-pass notes.
If founders only send loose documents, investor-side software defines the machine-readable company. That is backwards. The founder should author that version and control what it includes.
What a room packages
A normal data room stores files. A Perspective Room packages your story.
01 · Narrative
The canonical narrative, founder-approved
One story with round context, audience, and the ask. Drafts stay invisible until you approve.
02 · Claims
Statements with source references
Every claim links the material that backs it, with stable IDs agents can follow. Not diligence: your package, made traceable.
03 · Materials
A manifest with boundaries
Current vs prior. Included vs gated. Sensitive files are visible as metadata, never treated as reviewed and never silently exposed.
Perspective Room
The operating layer around the room.
The standard defines the bundle. Perspective Room runs the round: private materials, access control, viewer identity, revocation, activity, and maintenance over time.
Access control
Per-link identity gates and expiry. Gated and sensitive files with per-viewer approval. Revoke a link and every route — human, agent, file — dies with it.
Activity you can see
Human views, agent reads, and downloads are distinct, attributed events. Viewers are told access is logged before they enter.
Current between rounds
Replace a file and the old version goes prior on every surface at once. Draft investor updates from room changes. Coming soon
Exit, built in
Export the room as an open-standard bundle any time. Your package is portable by design: hosting is a choice, not a lock-in.
Perspective Agent
Perspective Agent runs prep sessions and investor-specific threads around the room, and stays private to you. Nothing publishes without your explicit approval.
Open standard
The open standard for AI-native fundraising bundles.
The bundle format is a neutral, public contract: five files any tool can write and any agent can read. Perspective Room is one implementation. Your room never depends on us existing.
A static bundle is portable. It is not permissioned: gated materials stay out, listed as metadata.
